Mangoes are called the king of fruits and is a seasonal fruit, they have a unique flavour and taste. During hot summer this delicious seasonal fruit gives relief from sweltering heat and has lot of health benefits too.

Mangoes are low calorie fruits which is high in fiber and they are packed with minerals, antioxidants, digestive enzymes and vitamins. It is a great source of Vitamins A and C. It also contains folate, iron, little calcium, vitamin E and B6. It improves eye sight, digestive health, immunity and lowers risk of certain cancers.

INGREDIENTS

  • Mangoes sindoori 3
  • Condensed milk 200 gm
  • Fresh cream 200gm
  • Mint leaves

METHOD

Wash and peel the skin of mangoes. Cut it remove the seed. In a blender add the flesh and make a smooth paste.

In a large bowl add fresh cream, whip it nice and fluffy using a electric hand beater.

Add condensed milk and mango puree again beat it, incorporating everything nicely. Sweetness can be adjusted, if you want more sweet add sugar or condensed milk.

Pour into a freezing tray and freeze half set. Remove and beat with an electric hand beater until smooth. This keeps the icecream texture soft and creamy while it sets.

Take an airtight container and keep in freezer overnight.

Serve chilled.
