Chicken is a source of lean, low fat protein and is full of vitamins and minerals. Chicken breasts are used in making soups, kebabs, stuffing and lot of other boneless chicken dishes.

INGREDIENTS

FOR MARINATION

Chicken 200 grams
Garlic paste 2 tsp
soya sauce 2 tsp

FOR GRAVY

Garlic minced 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tsp mixed in 1/2 cup water
Tomato sauce 2 tsp

INGREDIENTS FOR DEEP FRYING

Cornflour 2 tsp
Egg 1
Oil for deep frying
METHOD

Marinate the chicken for 2 hours. Keep it aside

Take a bowl add cornflour and one egg white to the marinated chicken and deep fry in oil till golden brown. Keep it aside.

Take a frying pan add 1 tsp oil and fry the garlic. Mix the soya sauce, tomato sauce and cornflour mixed in water and add to the garlic on low heat.(consistency of thickness can be adjusted by adding water or cornflour).

When it boils add the fried chicken and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot with flat breads/ roti/ rice.
