Mango is called the king of fruits for its unique fragrance, taste and flavour. They are delicious fruits and available in summer. They are packed with minerals, antioxidants, fiber, digestive enzymes and vitamins.
Chocolate cake has Unsweetened cocoa powder which has no sugar and less fat. It contains essential health nutrients. It contains copper an essential mineral and beneficial antioxidants.
INGREDIENTS
Ripe Mango 1
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp
Sugar as per taste
Milk 1 and 1/2 tea cups
Ice cubes 1 tea cup
METHOD
Wash peel and cut the mango. Blend it in a blender with 1 cup milk, sugar and 1/2 cup ice cubes. Take 3/4 mixture out of the blender and keep it in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp of milk and mix the cocoa powder in it.
Add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice cubes and 2 tsp cocoa powder mixed in milk to the remaining mixture in the blender and beat it.
Take a tall glass and pour mango smoothie then chocolate smoothie alternatively.
Serve chilled.
