Water melon is mostly eaten during summer to prevent the heat of the sun. It has got lot of health benefits. It is rich in antioxidant and plenty of water content. It helps in weight loss, good for skin and hydrates the body.

This recipe is very simple . Remove the seeds from the melon and add yogurt, honey,ice cubes and sugar in a blender and blend it.

INGREDIENTS

Watermelon        2 glass
Yogurt                   1 glass
Ice cubes              1 glass
Sugar                      3 tsp
Salt                          1/4 tsp
Honey                    2 tsp

METHOD

Remove seeds from the water melon.

Add all the above ingredients and blend in a blender.

Serve chilled.
