STIR FRY BELLPEPPERS WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY

Soya chunks are highly nutritional and full of rich proteins, they are odorless and tasteless. For vegans it is a meat substitute. Soya chunks ae made from soy beans.

As soya chunks are tasteless so in this recipe I am adding Indian spice and celery to bring out a unique flavour and taste. It is easy to prepare and goes well with Indian breads.
