Avocados are nutritious and good source of monounsaturated fat which means it increases good cholesterol HDL and reduces bad cholesterol LDL in your body, it decreases cardiovascular disease. They contain fibre and more potassium than banana. Eating too many avocados is not advisable, the key is moderation and vhf people with kidney disease should avoid due to large amounts of potassium.

INGREDIENTS
- Avocado 1
- Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
- Wheat flour 1 – 1 1/2 cup
- Olive oil / ghee 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
METHOD
Wash, wipe and clean the avocado. Cut and remove the seed. Take put the flesh and mash it nicely into a smooth paste.
In a large bowl add wheat flour, mashed avocado, cumin powder, fennel powder, carom seeds and salt to taste.
Divide the flour into equal balls. Dust flour on the working board and roll out with the help of a rolling pin into thick disks of 5 to 6 inches in diameter.
Heat a flat iron tawa/ flat pan and on medium heat put the rolled out disk and cook on both sides adding ghee or oil on top of the paratha. Repeat the process with other balls.
Serve hot with pickle/ curd or any vegetable or non vegetarian curry.
