INGREDIENTS
Apple cut in cubes
Capsicum cut in squares
Onion cut in squares
Tomato cut in squares
Boiled potato peeled, cut in cubes
Sweet corn boiled
Cucumber cut in cubes
FOR WHITE SAUCE
Maida /flour 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Mild 1 1/2 cup
Cheese singles 2
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
Take a Pan/ kadai and in low flame melt 1 tbsp butter . Add Maida/flour and keep on stirring till the floury smell disappears, do not brown it. Add one and half cup milk slowly stirring the flour continuously , no lumps should be made. Add the cheese singles and stir till it reaches a thick consistency . Turn off the heat Add oregano and salt.Keep it aside to cool.
Add all the vegetables and fruit . Mix nicely in the white sauce. Keep it in the fridge for at least half an hour and serve cold.
