Green gram or moong dal as it is called in India has lot of health benefits. It is the best vegetarian super food. It is loaded with protein, good for skin, hair and protects from diseases.
It is better to make sprouts at home than buying from the market. I have already written a post on how to sprout moong dal at home ( ahaaafood.com/how-to-sprout-green-gram-at-home/ ).This recipe is healthy and easy to make. No need to boil or steam.
INGREDIENT
Mong dal sprout 1 cup
Carrot grated 1
Onion finely chopped 1
Lemon/vinegar 2 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1-2 tsp
METHOD
In a large bowl mix everything together.
Serve with any flat bread for break fast or lunch.
