Raw mangoes are good source of vitamin B and C, which helps in maintaining good immune system and good health. Excess eating of raw mangoes is not good for health.
This chutney is very easy to prepare and it goes well with rice and Indian flat bread.
INGREDIENTS
Raw mango 1
Coconut grated 2 tbsp
Green chillies 1 – 3
Salt to taste
METHOD
Wash and peel the mango, chop it roughly.
In a blender add coconut, roughly chopped mango, salt and chillies. Add little water (if needed) and grind it in a smooth paste.
Serve with rice/roti.
