Mango is called the king of fruits for its unique fragrance, taste and flavour. They are delicious fruits and available in summer. They are packed with minerals, antioxidants, fiber, digestive enzymes and vitamins.
This recipe is tasty, healthy and good summer drink.
INGREDIENTS
Mangoes 2
Yogurt 1 cup
Sugar/honey 3-5 tsp
Water 1 cup
Roasted cumin 1 -2 tsp
A pinch of salt
METHOD
Wash and Peel the mangoes and cut them.
In a blender add diced mangoes, yogurt, water, sugar/honey and a pinch of salt. Sugar has to be added according to the sweetness of the mangoes.
Blend into a smooth paste and serve in glasses. Add roasted cumin powder on top.
Chill and serve cold.
