Delicious vegetable sandwich which you can eat as breakfast or pack for light lunch. Brown bread and vegetables are used to make this quick, healthy and easy sandwich.
INGREDIENTS
Brown bread 6
Cucumber 1
Tomato 3
Onion 1
Amul cheese singles 3
METHOD
Slice the onion, tomatoes and cucumber finely in thin round shape.
In a flat non stick pan on low fire heat three bread slice on both sides for two minutes each and keep it aside in a plate. After 2 minutes arrange 4-6 slices of cucumber, 2 slice of onion, and 4 slice of tomato on top of each bread slice.
Heat the other three bread slice on one side and flip it and keep a cheese single on top of each bread slice on low heat till the cheese melts on top.
Keep each cheese bread slice on top of the vegetable bread slice.
Cut it into half and serve with juice/tea/coffee.
Note: You can add pepper/chilli flakes or oregano in between the bread slices.
