This soup is easy, tasty and simple to simple to make. Mixed vegetables are used to make this fresh and hot dish. To make the soup thick, corn flour is added.
Carrots have high vitamin A content. It is low in calories and consuming them is good for overall health.
Sweet corn contains healthy amounts of some important minerals like zinc, magnesium, copper, iron, and manganese.
INGREDIENTS
- Carrot. 1
- Peas. 1/4 cup
- Beans. 4-5
- Sweet corn(cooked) 1/4 cup
- Cauliflower florets. 1/4 cup
- Garlic. 5-6
- Butter. 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder
- Cornflour. 1 tbsp
METHOD
Finely chop beans, carrot and cauliflower. Smash and finely chop the garlic.
Heat a deep pan or kadai, add 1 tbsp butter. Add the garlic and saute for a minute. Add carrot, beans, cauliflower florets and sweet corn.
Add 2-3 cups of water and cook till they are soft. Season with salt and pepper. Dissolve cornflour in water and add to the soup. If you want it thick add little more corn flour. When it starts boiling switch off the heat.
Serve hot with garlic bread or cheese bread.
