Chicken is a source of lean, low fat protein and is full of vitamins and minerals. Chicken breasts are used in making soups, kebabs, stuffing and lot of other boneless chicken dishes.

INGREDIENTS

FOR MARINATION

Chicken 200 grams boneless
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

FOR DEEP FRYING

Egg white 1
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Ground pepper 1 tsp
Sunflower oil for deep frying

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Ginger garlic finely minced 1 tsp
soy sauce 2 tsp
Cornflour 1 tsp mixed in 1 tbsp water
Chilly flakes 1 tsp
sugar 1/4 tsp

METHOD

Marinate the chicken for 1 hour. Keep it aside

In a bowl add egg white, marinated chicken,cornflour and ground pepper. Deep fry the marinated chicken until it turns golden colour. Keep it aside

Heat a frying pan heat 1 tsp oil , add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add soy sauce mixed in little water and cornflour, let it come to a boil, add sugar and chilly flakes and fry on low heat.

Add the chicken pieces and mix them well in the sauce.

Serve hot with Rice / Roti.
