This recipe is a very easy to prepare healthy dish. It contains stir fried tender chicken, mushrooms and brocolli. You can have this for dinner or lunch. A quick meal easy to prepare and loaded with proteins and cooked in a very healthy way and contains lot of flavours.

INGREDIENTS
FOR MARINATION
- Chicken breast 1
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
OTHER INGREDIENTS
- Broccoli chopped a cup
- Mushroom chopped a cup
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 + 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil add garlic saute for a minute. Add mushroom and saute on medium heat for 5 minutes or till it becomes soft, add broccoli, pepper and salt. Stir for 5 minutes. Take it out keep it aside.
Add 2 tbsp oil in same pan add the chicken breast cook on low heat on both sides till golden brown.
Serve chicken with mushrooms and broccoli.
