I prepared this coconut laddu in a jiffy. I had some leftover milkmaid and coconut so tried this very easy recipe.

This recipe has only two ingredients and tastes very delicious.

INGREDIENTS

Coconut                      1 tea cup

Milkmaid                   1/2 tea cup

METHOD

IMG_20140913_171905Heat a non stick skillet/pan, on medium fire add 1/2 tea cup milkmaid and 3/4 tea cup grated coconut. Keep on stirring after 3 minutes lower the fire and stir till it becomes thick. Switch off the heat. Let the mixture cool down.

 

 

Rub some oil in your hands and make equal balls from the mixture (atleast 6).

Spread the remaining 1/4 teacup coconut in the plate and roll the balls/ laddu and coat the exterior of the balls with coconut.

Delicious coconut laddoo is ready.

Note : It is better to use fresh grated coconut  than using desiccated coconut powder for good health.
