Who doesn’t like brownie. Brownies come in variety of forms, it may be fudgy or cakey. Topped with Icecream and nuts it’s a perfect dessert. This recipe is a vegan recipe as it does not have eggs and is very easy to prepare.

Serve – 2-3 people

INGREDIENTS

Choco chips 60 gm
Sugar 1/2 tea cup
Maida 1/2 tea cup
Milk 1/4 -1/2 tea cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Two stick of amul table butter
Three four almonds grated to decorate on top

METHOD

Par boil choco chips and butter till everything melts.

Blend the sugar to a finepowder. Add this powdered sugar into the melted chocolate chips and mix well.

Strain maida, baking powder, baking soda twice and add to the melted choco chips and mix well.

Add milk and mix well.

Preheat oven for ten minutes. Grease or line with parchment paper 5″ round pan and add the batter.

Bake for 20 minutes in lower rack at 180 Deg C.

Decorate with grated almond.

Serve with ice cream or nuts on top.
