Lassi is a traditional yogurt based drink of Punjab. The recipe given below is very simple. Only Lemon leaves are added to curd to give a flavour to the drink.
INGREDIENTS
Thick Curd 1 glass
Ice cubes 1 glass
Lemon leaves 4-5 no.
Salt to taste
METHOD
Wash lemon leaves nicely.
Blend curd, ice cubes, salt and lemon leaves in a blender.
Strain it.
Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
