Bread
INGREDIENTS
- Wheat flour 3 tea cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Banana 2
- Butter 2 tsp
- Oregano seasoning 2 tsp
- Garlic cloves fresh paste 4-5
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Warm water 1/2 tea cup
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 2tsp
METHOD
Add yeast and sugar in 1/2 teacup warm water, cover and keep for 5 minutes.
Sieve wheat flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder in a large bowl.
Mix egg, oregano seasoning, mashed banana and butter in a separate bowl.
Add the yeast mixture into the wheat flour and knead. Add the egg-banana mixture and knead it into dough. The dough will be sticky. The dough should not be tight but little sticky. If water is needed add it or If it is too sticky that it cannot be gathered into a dough then add little wheat flour. Add a tbsp of olive oil and knead it for 5 minutes.

Cover and rest for 1-2 hrs till the dough rises to double its size.
Grease the bread Tin with olive oil on sides and bottom line it with parchment paper.
Beat down the dough and again knead it for 5 minutes. Roll it and transfer into the tin. Let it rest there for half an hour.
Preheat the oven for ten minutes at 180° C and bake at convection mode for twenty minutes.
Rest it on wire and once it is cooled down take it out and cut with a serrated knife.
