
Black grapes protects us from inflammations and infections. It improves vision and brain functions, prevents against cancer, helps in maintaining healthy skin, relieves constipation and indigestion.
The recipe given below is my own version. I was thinking how to combine grapes and oranges to make juice, so instead of adding grape and orange juice together I thought of freezing the grapes in icetrays and adding to orange juice, and came up with this unique drink. It is easy to make and a healthy drink.
INGREDIENTS
Black Grapes seedless 400 gm
Orange. 3
Sugar. 2 tsp
Icecubes
METHOD
Rinse the grapes nicely and drain the water completely. Blend it in a blender to a nice puree and strain it. Press it with a spoon so that you can collect all the juice. Pour it in an icecube tray and freeze it in a freezer for 4-5 hrs.
Peel and deseed the orange and blend in a blender, strain it. If you want add sugar.
Take two glass add the ice cubes, frozen grape juice. Add the orange juice.
Serve chilled.
