Green chutney is a quick and healthy chutney which can be used as a spread for sandwich. In this recipe green chutney and also a paste made from oregano, olive oil and garlic  is used as a spread on top and inside the bread slices, it  gives a good flavour to the bread.

INGREDIENTS

Brown Bread        4 slice
Cheese singles      2
Garlic minced       1 tsp
Oregano                  2 tsp
Olive oil                  2 tsp

FOR THE GREEN CHUTNEY

Mint leaves                 1 tea cup
Coriander leaves      1 tea cup
Raw Mango small     1 no
Salt to taste

METHOD

Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, mango and salt into a smooth paste. Keep it aside. Green chilly can be used to make it spicy.

In a bowl mix garlic minced, oregano and olive oil. Keep it aside.

Spread the chutney on one side of the  bread slice and keep a cheese single on top of it . Spread oregano and garlic paste on one side of the other bread and put on top of cheese single. Repeat the same with the other two bread slice.

Toast or Grill.

Preheat the oven at 200 deg for 10 minutes. Keep the two sandwich and toast for 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
