Mango is called the king of fruits  for its unique fragrance, taste and flavour. They are delicious fruits and available in summer. They are packed with minerals, antioxidants, fiber, digestive enzymes  and vitamins.

This recipe is tasty, healthy and good summer drink.

INGREDIENTS

Banana (small)           1 no.
Milk                                1 glass
Fresh Orange juice   1 glass
Ice cubes                      2 glass
Mango chilled             1 no.
Honey                            1 tbsp

METHOD

Blend banana, ice cubes, mango and honey  in a blender. Add the orange juice and beat it again.

Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
