Pineapples are sweet, juicy, delicious and most popular tropical fruits found in the world. They are packed with vitamins and minerals and are good for bones and gums.

Chopping pineapples are difficult but once you master the art it’s very easy. This mocktail recipe is easy to make and is very delicious. The flavour of mint, lemon juice, ginger with pineapple enhances the taste of the mocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • Pineapple 1
  • Water 2 glass
  • Icecubes 1cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger juice 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves a handful
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp

METHOD

Wash , cut the crown of pineapple and cut the outer skin, then remove the eyes.

Chop the pineapple and add a glass of water and  blend it in a blender. Strain it nicely.

Add the mint leaves and little water in the blender and just pulse it twice.

Mix the strained pineapple, mint leaves, sugar, honey, lemon juice, salt ,ginger juice and mix well. Add ice cubes and water as needed.

Pour it into tall glasses and serve chilled.
